Quick tips Towards a healthy Lifestyle

1. Always start with breakfast Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner and have a healthy snack between each meal. 2. No Starch after 3p.m. After 3p.m do not eat starchy food. Keep white starchy carbohydrates such as bread, pounded yam and rice down to minimum. 3. Drink more water Try to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, water helps your metabolism function better and speeds up the fat burning process. 4. Go Green Eat plenty of greens like spinach and broccoli. When properly prepared, they are good. For bodily function and full of vitamins. 5. Skip the salt Cut back on foods high in sodium and salt, by eliminating your consumption of canned and processed foods. Common easy traps to fall into here are eating chips, sport drinks, some bread and let's not forget those “salt-rimmed" cocktails. 6. Forgo the fat If you are going to opt for fried instead of bakes, keep it at 25% or less of your total daily food intake. 7. Take it black Coffee or tea consumed in moderation is ok, but be careful what extra goodies you add to its (sugar, cream, flavored shots, etc.)
